Graphical Errors in Games

So I decided to update to Yosemite. Now, I am having issues. I downloaded the latest build, no difference. Here is the issue; I start up Might and Magic 6, and the menu is heavily glitched. It has a moving bar of gray, black, and white nonsense moving up and down the screen, blocking the picture. Entering the game does nothing to fix this. Thank you in advance for responding.
