Is possible 2 trick Wine in order to use PASH as PowerShell?

Hello,

Anyone here knows if it's possible to trick Wine in order to use PASH as a PowerShell sustitute?

I know PASH is in alpha state, but I'm interested on running NuGet on Linux outside the Monodevelop environment (which integrates a mix of NuGet and PASH), and because to NuGet+PASH in Monodevelop I need at least the 5.0 version, but the majority of Linux distros only provide the 4.0 version in the best case.
