Just curious, as I do no t know how outdated the AppDB is, has anyone tested or is anyone testing Roxio Creator 2012 Pro at all?

If anyone has, please submit a test report to the AppDB.

Apparently newer versions don't work. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39143

Which version of Roxio is that referencing? THe pg did not say. So....what about 2012 or slightly older? If not-what software can do all that Roxio 2012-which is ALOT-that works perfectly w/Linux Ubuntu? I need to be able to rip & burn CDs, burn Music/MP3/Data CDs as well as burn data/music/MP3/Movie DVDs too as Roxio 2012 does an awesome job of creating custom DVDs of nearly any video type-including editing & converting the clips & has a sound editor too for cropping audio files as well.

Any suggestions?

The only test report in the AppDB is for Roxio 2009, and that was rated garbage. My guess is that no version of Roxio ever worked, but the only way to find out for sure is to test it yourself.

I've already told you about K3b in your other thread. Whether it's sufficient for your needs is something you will have to test for yourself. It's also not a Wine question; if you need recommendations for native apps, ask for help on the Ubuntu forum or try googling for information.
