Is it a bug?

Tried to play Nancy Drew: Warnings at Waverly Academy on Ubuntu 12.04/ wine 1.4, but the game lags terribly when going from screen to screen. All the other Nancy Drew Mysteries worked perfectly. Any suggestions?

Your Wine version is over two years old and no longer supported. Upgrade.

Posted as a bug and got the same comment. After the upgrade the game wont't even open

Did you reinstall the game to a clean wineprefix after upgrading Wine? You should.

Post terminal output from running the game in a clean wineprefix in current Wine.
