Hey winehq, i have been using wine happily for a long time but one thing that i thought about today was What would happen if i ran a windows virus through wine? I have mapped folders and stuff that things get saved in my home folder will it mess with my OS X?, or will it only mess with wine settings? For example if theres a virus that deletes your documents folder. I have my documents folder mapped to my home folder, would it start deleting stuff there?
