Hello. I want to ask something. In the virtual Windows system, the My Documents folder (located /.wine/drive_c/users/"username"/My Documents) is just a link to my Home folder. Is there any way to change it for example to a folder located in home? Thanks and sorry if it does not make sense.

You can change it on the Desktop Integration tab in winecfg.
