First, you shouldn't be running Wine as root. http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#run_as_root

There's a longstanding bug for the MSDE installer: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17785. The AppDB test reports are all pretty old, but the most recent one does describe a workaround for installing. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... &iId=11016

i try all these command.....go throw all conversation but nothing done successfully....
i am using centos6.4......when i am trying to install MSDA And MDSE200A.exe they give me error...

That's not a Wine message. It looks like something from winetricks. Neither the AppDB nor the bug report I linked to mention using winetricks and AFAICT winetricks doesn't have a verb for installing MSDE, so I really don't know what you're doing. All I can say is: delete the wineprefix and follow the instructions in the AppDB, and keep in mind that even if you manage to install it, according to reports it doesn't work very well.
