Clearview Flight Sim only runs in the Demo mode and a little slow. I am running a Geforce 210 video card.
Will a faster card improve the Frame Rate? Any suggestions on the License problem?

I can only advise that you get the latest Nvidia driver and make sure you have the 32-bit Nvidia libraries installed (if you are running a 64-bit Linux OS). I presume you have followed the how-to guide and have no AA, etc. in force for your Nvidia drivers (just check in the Nvidia Settings control panel).
Without knowing what specs your machine has (apart from the graphics card) - how am I (or anyone else for that matter) supposed to advise you on hardware matters? Note that Wine has more CPU overheads than running an application natively under Windows - so if you have a weak CPU (especially if it is single core with/without hyperthreading) this will also cause a bottleneck.
Can't help with the license problem. In fact how is anyone going to help with that (anyone can download the demo - it's unlikely anyone browsing this forum will have purchased this software) - since you've given zero details about how the product activates...
