Yes, you can build from source and run from the build dir. But if you've found a regression, please run a regression test http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting and report the bug if it hasn't been reported already.

ok. i'll try by source!

yesterday i tried to install it by .deb! everything went in right way installing it but when i try to open a .exe by wine, nothing happen!

if i try to open winecgf by terminal this is the output:

why arent you using wine 1.X ? 0.9.53 is old.

...because i read on this site that 0.9.53 is the right version to use Guitar rig 2. With wine 1.x guitar rig crash down using the real time kernel. And i need to use rt kernel with guitar rig.
I dont want to use windows but i have to resolve this crash.
