Winetricks can not see second hard drive

Winetricks can not see second hard drive

When I try to install via winetricks, it sees my CD drive where my second hard driver is defined. When I try to install by wine, it works fine and sees the D: drive as the second hard drive. I am wondering if this is the reason league of legends or steam games do not work. How would I fix this?
