Window application crash when clicking on window frame

Hello,

Windows application shutdown/crash without any popup error.

What I am doing:
First i start a windows application the let me login into the software, no problem. The software works with no problem. BUT in the application there will popup new windows if I choose an option within the application. And these windows I can move around. But when I click on the window the windows application crash. I can press buttons/type in text and so on in the window, but not press there you can see the minmize, cancel and maximize buttons, then the application crash.

What application is this?
