Skyrim crashes on Start

I've been looking around all day, and none of the guides I have found are of the slightest help.

These are the errors I am getting:

I am running Wine1.7 on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit server edition. I have tried installing both directx 9 and 10, nvidia-current, and ia32-libs. None of them have worked. I have a quad core i7 with 12 GB of RAM, and a GeForce 730M Nvidia graphics card with 4 GB of memory.

Any ideas?

Not wine your X11 server is incorrectly configured.
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0".
This is a X11 error with Nvidia no GLX extension loaded no Opengl.

Please follow the Nvidia/Distrobution instructions for setting up your video card.

I've been googling all day now and I can't find anything relating to that that is helping me. Where is this information? What commands do I run? How do I fix this error?

I wound up doing a fresh install. The game launches now, I get the logo screen, and sound works. The graphics of the main menu totally freaks out though. This is the terminal output:
