Browser extensions using Wine?

Hi guys.

So I just installed Wine on my XUbuntu 12.04 for me to use Dashlane (a password manager) through Chrome og Firefox. The application installed perfectly, however I can't seem to get the extensions fore the browsers up and running. Even though I manually tried to install the extensions through Dashlane I had no luck.

Do I have to install my browser through Wine as well for this kind of thing to work?
