I am also experiencing this problem. I only have four prefixes; in one (Avernum), it's the letters "a" and "v" that are affected; in another (High Guard Shipyard), its "m" and "w" and the third and fourth (Neverwinter Nights, Steam) seem to be OK, but haven't been extensively checked yet. This affects the lowercase version of the characters only, the uppercase characters display perfectly in all cases.

Brand new, clean Arch install, Wine 1.7.8, corefonts installed through winetricks, no other mods (other than those listed as necessary to install/run in the appropriate appdb entry).

Quick update: This does *not* affect winecfg, only the installed applications.

Many thanks,

Run a regression test and file a bug.

Many thanks to the wine-dev team :D
