lemon I guess is the program.
lemon it will not be able to control Linux programs out side wine to start off with. It will also use interfaces that are not implemented in wine as well most likely.
Also we need a wine log file to really work out what has failed. This is covered in the faq. http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ
