Sound Issue, Skyrim?

I've been getting a crash after the Bethesda logo on the wine version of Skyrim for Mac. I read that if you change the audio settings to 16bit 48000Hz it might fix it. Except I don't know how to check if that's what it's set to or how to change it if it isn't. Does anybody know?
