Perlprimer not working in wine on arch linux

Hi,
I have installed wine on arch linux. My other softwares are working fine. Perlprimer does not work atall.
I had installed perlprimer windows exe file from http://perlprimer.sourceforge.net/download.html
I am using wine 1.6 (latest version in arch aur repository)

I cannot makeout what is the problem here!!!!

Wine version? If it's not the latest development release, upgrade. If that doesn't fix it, post terminal output.

Is there a particular reason you're not using the native Linux version?
