Installer Help! (Im very new to Wine)

Hello everyone, i am new to the wine forums and program, and ive run into a problem. I installed wine flawlessly, (although i still had some trace files of macport left on my computer) and when i went to enter into terminal "wine PS2_setup.exe" obviously to install Planetside 2, the install page freezes up. i cant click anywhere on it, so i must force quit it. Ive restarted my computer, but i am not very good with these things so if someone could help that would be appreciated.

Hi Tasty,

I would suggest you to have a look at the AppDatabase (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... &iId=14466) and might post there a comment. There is a running bronze test installed over steam, although runned with CrossOver (which is not supported on this forum).
Do you have downloaded the setup from planetside2.com? You might get there some further support as well .

I do not play PlanetSide2 nor do I have a station id but I was able to install PlanetSide2 and get to this login screen.

In my previous post I should have mentioned I was using MacPorts wine-devel 1.7.0 on Snow Leopard.
