Unable to load resource DLL (RSRCnnnn.DLL)

I installed Pelles C 7.0 64bit successfully in Wine 1.5.23 on openSuse 12.3. 64bit.
However Poide won't start and complains about not being able to load a DLL.

The Wine AppDB lists an earlier version of Pelles C - so it should run IMHO.
I tried in vain by copying the DLLs to other paths.

What can I do??? (I am pretty new to Win BTW)

Start by upgrading Wine to 1.6 or later. If the problem persists, post terminal output. http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log

I tried but to no avail, perhaps OpenSuse is the troublemaker here.

I switched to Mint, and am running VirtualBox instead now.
I know, this is not the solution, but...
