yum install doesn't work in CentOS

Help my yum install doesn't work for wine in CentOS and i can't find the rpm file!, any help please.. Also will wine be able to run .bat files?

Yes with 'wine cmd.exe /c file.bat'.

nvm installed RPMforge and fixed but now i get this:
Wine requires a 3G/1G user/kernel memory :( im using CentOS 5
