Merging the windows OS with wine?

So. I Have a copy of windows 7 backed up onto a hard drive and am mowing to a new computer. On this new computer I have a newer bigger Hard drive which runs Ubuntu. I am wondering if it is possible to merge my old copy of windows with wine to maximize compatibility. Is it? Should I do it? How do I do it if it is? :?:
