Plug-in for mozilla

For my job, I must install this webex mozilla plug-in (https://intercall.webex.com/mw0306ld/my ... =intercall).
But there is only windows versions.
I have installed mozilla on wine, but when I download that software, it obviously can't find mozilla and install.
Is there a work-around?
(I literally have ubuntu 12.10 only for 7 days now and know almost nothing).

must be problems on their end - I ended mozilla session and opened new - and surprise - the plugin was suddenly there.

I am also having a lot of troubles with mozilla. I just hope chrome can also have a lot of plugins running so that I can switch full time.
