I am a newbie to this forum and wine in general, so if this is the wrong place or anything, sorry.
I am trying to Cities Xl 2011 on a late 2011 2.7GHz 27" iMac with OS X 10.8. The game runs really well until it tries to auto-save at which point it stops working and I receive the "Cities XL has encountered a serious problem..." This means I cant play it for more than 45 mins or save my games.
I have tried deleting the save game files incase they were corrupted but it hasn't helped. I know its not a very common game but if anyone has any general idea what might be causing it I would be very grateful.
