Multisim 11: Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I was attempting to run multisim on wine. however, installer was not functioning well so I copied multsim files from an existing windows installation and fixed dependencies. i don't see any significant errors in the log aside from the segmentation fault.

Multisim once run with "cannot access database" after updating wine. Unfortunately after updating gecko, it returned to having a fatal error "segmentation fault"

What does "segmentation fault" mean? How can i fix it?
