Uninstall Steam Games?

I know how to port games from steam, but how do I uninstall the steam games once they're downloaded? I've tried uninstalling from the steam library but that freezes.

What do you mean when you say you "know how to port games from steam"? And if steam freezes when you try to remove a game from the steam library, have you checked console output? Do you have anything unusual installed in your wine prefix? Just what have you done up till this point? Also, what version of wine is installed, and what linux distro are you running?
