Experiencing poor performance with FL Studio

Hello, I get worser performance inwine than windows when using FL, does anyone knows why?.
FL says it's using 100% of the CPU while System Monitor says it's only using 50%.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm using ubuntu 12.04 with wine1.4 and have an
Intel i5-480M
2 CPUs

Seems to be a known issue: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25794

The bug report hasn't been updated in a long time. You should retest in the current development release, and if the problem is still there, add a comment to that effect to the bug report.

UPDATE: I fixed it by setting CPU gouvernor to performance
