planetside 2 install help

when i install planetside 2 and i press play it asks to change resolutioj of display and then after a while it says there is a serious failure and i should check the wineDB help! and what should i do- did i select something wrong in the prefix?

Now i did something different and i got in the game but instead of words for ingame stuff its all ui.bla bla bla. When i begin playing the icons and minimap appear but everything else is black. Also, when i go in the menu it all crashes. Are there packages i need to install from winetricks? I did what the DB says aside from the menu one because i dont know how to get the package. Anyone had the same problem or know what to do. Thankyou.
