Problem fonts

Hello,I have a software (Magistra),and I have installed it on linux.I have lubuntu 12 and wine 1.5.15. The software works fine ,but there is a problem. The words are often cut or overlapping or the last letter is not seen.
It happens when the script is bold.
What can I do?
The software is called "Magistra" and I use it in my company.

This is a screenshot of the program.
It happens that,for example,the word "riscaldamento" goes on the box, and the words "Quantità per" the letter Q is not seen.
I have also used wintricks fonts but nothing.
