Can't Get Outlook 2003 to load

The error pops up "Cannot load Microsoft Outlook"
All other MS Office programs seem to work OK, I have done a repair an re-installation of office as well.

You can use commercial Crossover Office for the time being. It runs Outlook
well. Moreover, buying Crossover is a great way to support wine development.
