Japanese Fonts do not Display Properly

I have Japanese fonts installed on my system and they work fine, but not in Wine. Does anyone have any ideas?

What exactly is wrong with the way they display in Wine?

I too have seen issue with this. The problem being that they don't show at all.

Installing Japanese (not sure if it's just Japanese) characters on Unbuntu apparently bugs input for WINE apps (though I personally have only seen this with MS Office2010 runing on WINE)

Have you tried winetricks cjkfonts?
