GoldWave 5.08 doesn't work

GoldWave v 5.08 does not work. It starts, but when try to
load any .wav file after pressing "Play" button it plays
file endlessly. After pressing "Stop" button, playing
loops - it plays endless some final part until program
will closed. I had done log with +relay,+seh,+text
parameters. It is relative big, so I do not attach it.
Instead, I pack it with BZip2 and place to download here:

Also, it cannot play any .mp3 file - after loading and
pressing "Play" program hangs.

Please update the Applications Database with your findings.

The mp3 problem appears related to bug 14406 at

Note the error messages appear on the console.

Aside from the mp3 corruption problem (bug #14406) I am using Goldwave 5.25 without any significant issues. Are you using pulseaudio? If so, see the first sticky thread of this Wine forum. I am using ALSA.
