Saw the list of applications at http://www.winehq.org/site/winelib/
Was curious if anyone's tried porting SumatraPDF using winelib. Also, I've been trying to read through the winelib documentation, but couldn't find any information on where to download or how to build
winelib from scratch. Is winelib included in the Wine tarballs at Sourceforge or is it downloaded separately from somewhere? Would like to see if I can get it working on my FreeBSD machine and if it will let me compile a few Win32 apps. Any further information on downloading and building the winelib library would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
winelib
Re: winelib
In general, the only reason to use Winelib is if there are serious
technical problems with running the Windows binary through Wine.
For instance, if you're trying to target an architecture where there is
no Windows compiler (like Sparc).
