How to: Winecfg does not see headset

Hi everyone,

Googlin' around on how to use a headset with wine has turned up...a lot of different results.

What's currently the supported/documented way of hardcoding an application (Cisco IP Communicator in this case) to be used with wine?

As it is right now, winecfg does not see the device, it simply shows 'default'
