But seriously, is there somwhere a comprehensive discussion of that issue? If you google or search in the diablo forums, you'll get a lot of misinformation. From what I understand, Blizzard tested with wine 1.4, which is fair enough. Only very few wine users actually get banned, probably only users with wine version 1.5.x (and 64bit linux?).
