Create .lnk in wine to a wine program?

Create .lnk in wine to a wine program?

Hi, I installed IrfanView under wine, and the program works great when I open it up from a file manager.

Unfortunately, the installer did not place a .lnk to the executable in the wine "start menu", and I am at a loss for how to create one (I tried "create link" from the wine file manager, but nothing happened).

How can I create a .lnk to a wine executable to put into the wine "start menu"?
