Post by Twin__chocolate » Mon Apr 30, 2012 10:40 am

Now, I am using is Wine1.4 Ubuntu12.04. Update to 12.04 from Ubuntu11.10, has been updated as well Wine.
Then, the game was east of the project will not start for some reason all.
Also double-click the executable file, the reaction does not (boot).
Was working in previous versions of Wine.
We also check to run as a program.
Why did not start, why?
What remedy is there?
In addition, the package manager, because there was a previous version of Wine, if you try to install, it will be installed along with Wine1.4.
Or Wine1.2, is that you install only Wine1.3 Why can not I?
Or more, please lend your wisdom of everybody.

Added, this sentence is a sentence has been translated into English by Google Japanese translation.

Did you reinstall the game to a clean wineprefix after upgrading Ubuntu? If you didn't, try that. If you still have problems with a fresh install, post terminal output. http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log

Ask about package manager problems on the Ubuntu forum.

Reinstall your graphics driver. If your system is 64 bit, make sure you also install 32 bit opengl.

If your operating system is 32 bit, then you don't have to worry about installing anything extra. Just reinstall your graphics driver. If you don't know what package to install, ask on the Ubuntu forum.
