Wine CPU trouble

I'm running a wine-based garry's mod server and when there are more than 10 player I get a 100% of CPU usage.

93 is CPU usage.
And when I look at my core load I get something like this:

Cpu2 : 7%us, 0.3%sy, 0.0%ni, 99.3%id, 0.0%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.0%si, 0.0%st
Cpu3 : 15%us, 1.0%sy, 0.0%ni, 97.7%id, 1.0%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.0%si, 0.0%st

61, 0.4, 7, 15 is a core usage.

I'm runing the latest version of wine.

Is there any way to give wine more resources?[/quote]
