Let's see: You wanted help with running a cracked version of HL2. That
is not allowed here. Get a legal copy and we will be more than willing
to help you. As far as I know, HL2 does not have a security program

Go get yourself a legal copy of HL2, see if you're still having the
problem and try again. It's only a few bucks on Steam these days. If
you don't want to pay to play and be able to copy your games between
friends, you ABSOLUTELY MUST stick to games that allow that. Here's
