I dont understend what Vitamine ? Yes it is cracked.

Illegal software isn't supported here. Vitamin, a moderator, will probably storm the place and close the thread.
Get the real game if you really want it. It's pretty cheap nowadays.

Most likely - I don't see Steam running. And CS 1.6 won't run without it.
