I am using 1.3.26 on KUbuntu.
It would seem that the comdlg open box has no places bar on the left hand side, as it does in Windows XP.
While the default places bar is of limited use in windows, under Windows this can be configured by placing entries in /HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \
Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ comdlg32 \ Placesbar.
This can provide a very useful shortcut when using software that
requires files to be opened through this dialog.
Is there any chance of this functionality being added to wine?
