How to apply patch

Hi, please I need a help. I using PlayOnLinux and i want to play World of Tanks. I read instruction on appdb, download wine 1.3.22, install recommended via winetricks but i dont know how to patch WINE in PlayOnLinux with raw.patch. Thanks for help.

PlayOnLinux is not supported here. They have their own support forum; ask there.

yes I know, but one man was ask on their forums and nobody answered

Their lousy support is not our problem.
