Team Fortress 2 Nvidia 9800GT flickering 3d models

Hello, I had low fps in TF2 and I found that I have to disable GLSL. It's working way better now, but i have new problem, a picture is worth a thousand words so here you have link to youtube:

Anybody knows how can I fix it?

Tried to disable every image improver in nvidia-settings and it didn't help :x
Anybody has any idea?
