I'll admit that I don't know what you are talking about. So can you provide what the program is or does?
Thank you.

RTS files are files, not programs. You need to install the program that can open those files, and then directly open (or drag and drop) them into the already launched software.

There are more than one file type associated with this extension. I
Googled the extension and found the following source:

http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/rts

There are explanations of the various programs used to work with them.

It is now an exercise to discover which type of .rts file you have.

The Applications Database is most helpful to discover if the associated
program works in Wine.

No it's probably that accpac is not working in wine.

Whatever support for the .rts file you have is part of the accpac
program not wine and not even windows.

Take a .rts file to a windows machine that accpac was never installed
on. And then click on the .rts file. I guaranty that windows will not
know any thing about the file. Actually it will give you the option to
go online to find a program that understands .rts files.

It is rather interesting that APPAC decided to reuse well known
extensions for those files:

.rts QuickTime Streaming file
.rdo Oracle Database Redo logging file
.rll Basic Realizer

We really do need a logging file from when you attempt to access the rts
file to try and figure out what 'program' is being called and even if it
is the correct one. Log onto APPAC and then try to access an .rts
file. You were provided with the location of instructions on how to do
this previously and please provide US with only the URL of the log file
after posting it to a site like pastebin.com.

What are you talking about (oracle and the basic realizer)? You are
supposed to run appac in the linux terminal do whatever needed to
produce and use the .rts files and get the log from this activity and
upload it onto pastebin.com

The instructions for getting the log are here:
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ/#get_log

Don't bump. It just irritates people and won't resolve your issue
faster (especially after 3 mere hours...)

I was sleeping..

# 1. You are not running wine but crossover office.

You have several problems. Look at the err:ole lines. However this
this forum only supports plain wine. Assuming you paid for crossover
office you can ask codeweavers for support.

http://www.codeweavers.com/support/

If you would like help on this forum uninstall cxoffice and install
wine-1.3.18 or wine-1.3.19 then get the new log just as you did above.
