Another fortnight, another Winetricks.
This release fixes a handful of bugs, and adds a handful of games
(or, really, ports them from wisotool). It also brings back the old
verb dotnet20sp2, since that seems to work with wine-1.3.18
(please let me know if it's useful).
It also adds a rudimentary gui to prompt for Steam username and password,
cleans up the --help message, and improves mac and bsd compatibility.

Use perl instead of sed -u, since bsd sed doesn't have a line-buffered option

simsmed: click Complete explicitly; this is the default, but Matt says
it was going into Custom sometimes.
simsmed: avoid using don't in autohotkey script, it gives syntax
highlighters headaches

steam_install_game: fixed window title, should make more robust
wormsreloaded_demo_steam: added workarounds; sound works now for me.

w_steam_install_game: fixed race condition. Also complain if window
title wrong.
