FreeType Error During Configuration

Everything is working perfectly except when I ./Configure it on Ubuntu terminal, It won't work and this is my first time resorting for help.

It would mean everything if I could get wine 7.1.40 installed, anyone know a way to get past this error?

configure: error: FreeType 32-bit development files not found. Fonts will not be built.

Install the 32 bit FreeType development files. If you're not sure which package to install, ask on your distro's support forum.
