Microsoft Office 2007 install help

inish installing Microsoft Office 2007 and everything went well
but when I open Word and try to open a file that's what you say

"The office Open XML file text.docx cannot be opened beacuse the are problems with the contents."

and when I close the program tells me this

"This feature requires MSXML 5.0 to be properly installed.Run setup and click repair to restore this component"

then I click ok and says this:

A file error has occurred.

please help I'm using Linux Mint 17.1 Rebecca
