Networking for DOSBox in Wine

Is it possible to allow networking for DOSBox in Wine? I understand that WinPCap would be required within the actual Windows OS but is such a thing possible within Wine?

What do you mean with "networking for DOSBox in Wine", are you using the windows version of dosbox?
what are the problems related to networking?
Wine has its own winpcap implementation, are there relevant terminal outputs?

It should be totally possible, but you provided nearly no information on the issue
