Wine Does Not Add Cups Printer

I am running 64-bit Arch, and I am trying to get my printer working. The printer is setup in Cups, but when I try to print from Notepad, I get the following error message:

fixme:winspool:WINSPOOL_EnumPrintersW We don't handle PRINTER_ENUM_CONNECTIONS

After reading previous posts on the topic, I installed lib32-libcups which did not fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure the Wine you are using was compiled with CUPS support?

Everything I read said the version of Wine in the official repository has built in support.
