How do I Install 64 Bit Dot Net Framework 4 in 64 Bit Wine

I am attempting to install 64 bit Dot Net Framework 4 in a 64 Bit Wineprefix using Wine Version 1.6.2 running on Ubuntu 14.10. My goal is to install Ketchup Make 2015 (64 Bit), after I get Dot Net to install correctly.

I checked the WineHQ page for Dot Net Framework 4, but all of the references seem be to only about using the 32 bit version of Dot Net, in a 32 bit Wineprefix.

Does the 64 bit version of Dot Net Framework 4 work at all in a 64 bit Wineprefix ?
