The Sims 3 installed but Origin does not launch it

Hi everybody!
I hope someone can help/guide me with the problem I am having...

Recently, I installed The Sims 3 and it required Origin installation.
After that, game install process seemed not end.
Finally, it was easily fixed with the patch detailed here: https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager. ... &iId=26175

Installation finished properly but now the game does not launch.

Origin launchs well and The Sims 3 is recognized as installed.
If I click over the game's icon, there appears "Play" option. When I press it, nothing happens. Button goes as inactive.
Then if I want to close Origin, it asks me if I want to close even though The Sims 3 is running.
At PoL's configuration, in Origin's Task Manager, I can see that Origin is the only one application being use.

I updated Origin's configuration, in PoL, to latest Wine version: Wine 1.7.35
Problem still persists.

POL is not supported here. Please retest in a clean wineprefix using plain Wine. If the problem persists, post terminal output.
